Our Mill is located at Karben Petterweil in the Heitzhöfer creek valley. The Riedmühle has been inhabited for over 500 years.

We were able to acquire it together with the grounds around it in 2010. The mill technology itself is unfortunately no longer existing. The condition of the building has suffered fairly over the centuries. So it is more the location itself and the history around it that fascinates us. Only a few relics indicate mill operations. With a lot of research, we were able to process the history. Based on the documentation, the mention dates back to at least 1500. See history

In such an extraordinary place, we also had to compromise. That is why our mill is not open to the public. You will also not find a farm or beekeeping shop here. If you are interested in the story, please contact us by phone or email.
